We will cooperate fully with any Board enquiry concerning your matter and will share our complete file on you, with you, before any submission to the Board.

When writing to the Grievance Officer or DPO, include your registered email or phone, a description of the grievance, what outcome you are seeking, and any evidence (logs, screenshots, dates). We will acknowledge within twenty-four hours and respond substantively within thirty days, usually within seventy-two hours.
